While seeking to get off cancer sticks, I stumbled on the electric cigarette. The e-cig uses a nicotine material that is made up of nothing but nicotine. Basically no toxic chemicals all that. They have literally improved my life. Stopping inhaling smelly smoke feels marvelous to me!

I stopped cold turkey a week ago and its starting to make me feel crappy now. My spouse says I will not complete it but I am so confident on this I can’t fail. Today I started feeling pains inside my tummy and I seriously am craving a cig. I can’t give in because I’m quitting smoking for our kid. I’m lucky to have the e cig. It’s been a big bonus to me.
